Quinn fights from 525 and Nasus from 125, and her kit exists to preserve that distance: Vault dashes in, damages, slows, then leaps back off the target, while Harrier periodically marks enemies so her first attack on them deals bonus physical damage, giving her a reason to step forward and an immediate reason to step away. Blinding Assault is the sharper issue. It marks an enemy and hinders its vision, and a champion whose damage arrives through Siphoning Strike, an empowered basic attack, loses the entire trade while blinded. The physical advantages that would matter in a straight fight are all his: 650 base health to 565, 34 armor to 28, 67 attack damage to 59, and 350 move speed to 330. Wither is the one tool that punishes her mobility, because Heightened Senses passively grants attack speed and move speed after she attacks a marked target and Behind Enemy Lines is a full-speed repositioning ultimate. Freezing the wave near a friendly turret, stacking on minions rather than chasing, and reserving Wither for the Vault approach keeps the game reachable, while Spirit Fire covers the wave and shreds the armor she would otherwise keep.
