Yunara’s passive, Vow of the First Lands, adds bonus magic damage to her critical strikes, which rewards her for closing distance and attacking directly rather than trading spells at range — exactly the kind of fight Caitlyn’s Yordle Snap Trap and 90 Caliber Net are built to prevent. Yunara’s kit only fully comes online in her Transcendent State, granted by Transcend One’s Self, which upgrades Arc of Judgment into Arc of Ruin and Kanmei’s Steps into Untouchable Shadow.

Until that ultimate is active, Yunara plays a more conventional marksman with 55 base attack damage and difficulty rated at 4, noticeably easier to execute than Caitlyn’s 6. At level 18 the two share almost identical health totals — 2,399 versus 2,460 — so the outcome hinges on who lands the first trap or the first crit, not raw stats.
