Alistar vs LeBlanc Counter Pick

Alistar’s 685 base health and armor scaling to 119.9 by level 18, some of the tankiest numbers a support carries into lane, blunt what a squishier lane opponent would fear most: a single rotation rarely closes out a kill on him. On patch 16.13.1, across 184 games, Alistar wins 55.4% of these lanes:

• LeBlanc’s difficulty rating is 9/10, the highest tier of mechanical demand, built around chaining Sigil of Malice into Distortion resets.
• Her damage output is optimized for squishier targets; against Alistar’s health pool, the same combo simply costs more time for less payoff.
• Alistar’s own engage, Headbutt into Pulverize, interrupts the windup LeBlanc needs before she can safely commit.

LeBlanc’s passive, Mirror Image, offers an escape below 40% health, but it does not undo the burst Alistar’s all-in already applied. Alistar’s difficulty sits at 7/10, and the gap between that and LeBlanc’s 9/10 tends to matter less here than raw stats: a support built to survive burst is a poor target for a kit that assumes its target is squishy. LeBlanc’s 525 range also does little against a champion who only needs to land one grab to end the fight.
