EpicBRAWLER CLASSES EXPLAINED
Versatile mid-range fighters that deal steady damage and control space in almost every mode.
High-health bruisers that dive the objective, soak damage and create room for the team.
Long-range snipers that punish from a distance but fold if enemies close the gap.
Brawlers that lob attacks over walls to zone enemies and siege from total safety.
Crowd-control specialists that lock down lanes and peel for the carry.
Mobile burst brawlers that flank, delete a priority target and escape before they can answer.
Healers and enablers that keep the team alive and turn even fights into wins.
How brawler classes and rarities work
Every Brawl Stars brawler belongs to a class that defines its role — from front-line Tanks and long-range Marksmen to flanking Assassins and team-saving Supports. Class tells you how a brawler wants to fight, which is the fastest way to pick one that fits your playstyle and your team's needs.
Rarity — Common, Rare, Super Rare, Epic, Mythic, Legendary and Ultra Legendary — reflects how a brawler is unlocked, not how strong it is. Plenty of Common brawlers stay competitive at the highest level. To see who is actually winning right now, check the current tier list, then pair your pick with the right maps and modes for its strengths.
BRAWL STARS BRAWLERS FAQ
How many Brawlers are there in Brawl Stars?
There are 105 Brawlers as of June 2026, organized by rarity from Common and Rare through Super Rare, Epic, Mythic, Legendary and Ultra Legendary. New Brawlers are released throughout the year with each season.
What are the Brawler rarities in Brawl Stars?
Brawlers are grouped into rarities: Common, Rare, Super Rare, Epic, Mythic, Legendary and Ultra Legendary. Higher rarity does not always mean stronger; rarity mainly reflects how the Brawler is unlocked, not its meta power.
How do you unlock new Brawlers?
Brawlers are unlocked through the Starr Road progression track, the Brawl Pass, and special events or offers. You earn Credits to choose which Brawler to unlock next, letting you target the ones you want.
What are Star Powers and Gadgets?
Star Powers are passive upgrades and Gadgets are activatable abilities that unlock as a Brawler levels up, giving each Brawler unique build options. Most Brawlers have two Star Powers and two Gadgets, plus Gears for extra customization.
Which Brawler should beginners use?
starter Brawler Shelly is great for new players thanks to her forgiving shotgun spread and a Super that breaks walls and clears enemies. Simple, high-health Brawlers like El Primo and Nita are also beginner-friendly picks.
