Blue Mary’s signature throws and painful joint locks pose no real danger here, but collectors will still be able to place her in a convincing combat stance. VeryCool has revealed an officially licensed figure based on the character’s appearance in The King of Fighters XIV, produced in a large 1/6 scale.
The figure carries the model number VCF-2071 and recreates Mary’s design from the fourteenth main installment of the fighting game series. Instead of her classic green jacket, she wears a red top, loose blue work pants, a leather belt, and white high-top sneakers. A star-shaped necklace and fingerless gloves complete the outfit.

What Comes with the Blue Mary Figure
The figure’s main feature is its articulated silicone body with a seamless outer surface. VeryCool promises a soft finish, detailed body makeup, and enough stability for the figure to stand without a separate display base. However, minor molding lines may remain visible due to the limitations of the manufacturing process.
The head sculpt features movable eyes that can be adjusted using the included tool. Eight interchangeable gloved hands are provided for different poses, including relaxed hands, fists, open palms, and two gesture options with the index finger and thumb.

The set does not include any additional items connected to the character’s wider history. VeryCool has left out both the green jacket seen in some of Mary’s other designs and her dog, Anton. That decision makes sense for collectors specifically interested in the The King of Fighters XIV version, although the selection of accessories may feel rather limited for a figure of this size.
Why VeryCool Chose Blue Mary’s KOF XIV Design
Blue Mary first appeared in Fatal Fury 3 before becoming one of the most recognizable fighters in The King of Fighters series. She returned in KOF XIV as a downloadable character, retaining a fighting style built around throws, grapples, and joint-locking techniques inspired by sambo. At the time, she was also one of the characters most frequently requested by the game’s community.
Her streamlined KOF XIV design allowed VeryCool to avoid bulky accessories and focus on articulation. The interchangeable hands, adjustable eyes, and flexible silicone body should provide plenty of posing options. However, the absence of a display stand could make it more difficult to recreate dynamic attacks and throwing moves.
VeryCool has not yet announced the Blue Mary figure’s price or release date. Collectors may therefore want to wait for preorders to open and compare its cost with other VeryCool figures based on The King of Fighters. The final price will determine whether the silicone body and detailed head sculpt can justify the relatively modest accessory selection.
