Dark Waters Vladimir surfaced in May 2018 as part of the Bilgewater: Curse of the Drowned line, pulling him into that coastal, cursed-seas storyline instead of his usual gothic trappings. It launched at Epic rarity for 1,350 RP.

Five chromas were released alongside it, and the skin has remained purchasable since its debut, giving fans of the Bilgewater aesthetic a still-available way to outfit Vladimir in its waterlogged, ominous style.
