TPA Shen commemorates Taipei Assassins’ 2012 World Championship run, marking the ninja with a trophy-worthy commemorative look for Shen rather than a themed reimagining. Priced at 750 RP when it was sold, the skin has long since exited the store.

Because it carries legacy status, TPA Shen now lives in the Legacy vault and only resurfaces during special events Riot chooses to run. Collectors who missed its original window have to watch for those rare re-releases to add it to their inventory.
