Caterpillar Kog’Maw is one of the champion’s earliest reskins, tying into the Storybook line to give Kog’Maw a small, creeping-creature charm well suited to his diminutive frame. It’s a Standard-tier skin from 2010, originally priced at 520 RP.

No chromas were ever produced for this early release. Its legacy status means it has been retired from normal sale and only becomes available again when Riot runs one of its periodic legacy vault events, so it’s not something to expect on a standard shopping trip.
