Kennen M.D. reimagines the champion within a medical setting through the Rift Hospital line, released in 2011 for 975 RP. The concept trades his usual storm-themed presentation for something considerably more clinical, a tonal shift that has kept this release memorable among his older skins.

Eight chromas are available for it, an unusually generous set for a skin of this vintage, and it remains fully purchasable in the store today with no legacy restrictions to work around.
