Toxic Dr. Mundo dates back to the earliest days of the champion’s alternate looks, part of the old-school Silver Age era that defined League’s initial wave of skins released to players. It reflects the simpler, more direct design language of that early period.

Released December 17, 2009 at 520 RP, this Standard skin now sits in the Legacy vault, meaning it only becomes purchasable again during occasional special events rather than remaining in the regular rotating store. No chromas were ever released for it.
