Heartthrob Caitlyn steps into the Heartthrobs and Heartaches line’s romantic, Valentine’s-adjacent styling, a lighter and more playful direction for the usually stern marksman. It launched in February 2023 as an Epic skin priced at 1350 RP.

Eight chromas accompany the release, giving buyers room to adjust the palette, and it has stayed on sale in the store consistently since launch with no signs of rotating out.
