Blinding Assault settles this one. Quinn marks a target and hinders its vision, and Garen’s burst runs through Decisive Strike, an empowered basic attack that a well-timed blind erases outright. Add 525 attack range against 175 and the pattern is set: Garen loses at 45.6% over 511 games on patch 16.13.1, a hard rating.

By the numbers Quinn is fragile, opening with 565 health and 28 armor against 690 and 38, and the only place she catches up is 2,384 health at level 18 against 2,356. The trouble is that Garen has to touch her to use any of it. Harrier marks him repeatedly for bonus physical damage, Heightened Senses converts each marked attack into move speed on a 330 base, and Vault dashes in and leaps straight back out. Perseverance keeps his health topped between waves and costs nothing, so the loss is rarely a death — it is surrendered creeps and surrendered time.

Quinn’s damage is physical, which at least makes 38 starting armor and 109.4 at level 18 the correct investment, and Courage adds to both resistances passively. Both champions rate 5 for execution, which makes this a shape problem rather than a skill gap. Demacian Justice remains a real threat because her bar is small, and Judgment punishes any Behind Enemy Lines landing that ends too close.
