GIANTX won the Lotus map 13-5
Eintracht Frankfurt selected Lotus after the ban phase. GIANTX began on attack and immediately found gaps in the German defence. The winners collected nine rounds before the side change. That lead allowed them to defend without taking unnecessary risks. Jesse produced eighteen kills on the opening map and died nine times. Ara matched the kill total while adding steady entry pressure.
Eintracht Frankfurt found only three defensive rounds. The team added two after the break but could not begin a longer comeback. GIANTX won Lotus 13-5 after just eighteen rounds. The teams removed Split and Sunset during the second ban phase. The map named Summit therefore became the final map of the series. GIANTX won four defensive rounds before the side change. The team then won nine attacking rounds and completed the comeback. Jesse returned to the top of the scoreboard with nineteen kills. NeT and Flickless matched that total during different parts of the map.
Frankfurt remained close through MONSTEERR’s twenty-three kills. The team won eight attacking rounds and only one defensive round. GIANTX won nine of ten rounds after the side change. The 13-9 score protected the upper-bracket place. The deciding map lasted a total of twenty-two rounds. This time GIANTX won most rounds after the side change.
Different players led each map
Jesse recorded GIANTX’s most kills on Lotus and Summit. Ara recorded the team’s most kills on the map named Ascent. MONSTEERR finished as Frankfurt’s strongest performer across the series. He recorded fifty-five kills and remained positive overall. GIANTX won despite four players ending the full match with more deaths than kills. Timely rounds mattered more than the final individual balance.
GIANTX collected thirty-five rounds across all maps. Frankfurt finished with twenty-seven after winning the middle game. Map selection did not guarantee either result. Frankfurt lost its Lotus choice, and GIANTX then lost its own choice of Ascent. The side change separated the teams on the map named Summit. GIANTX advance in the upper bracket
The victory sends GIANTX into an upper quarterfinal against FUT Esports. Frankfurt move into the lower side of the Play-Ins. One lower-bracket defeat now ends Frankfurt’s event. The deciding map showed GIANTX’s response. The team recovered after losing its own selection and completed the series on defence. The 2-1 result belongs to a new stage of the event. It does not repeat the group matchups that brought the teams into Play-Ins.
