Karmine Corp swept Team Heretics during the VCT EMEA Stage 2 groups. The French organisation won Sunset before delivering an even stronger Lotus defence. Team Heretics collected only six rounds across the series.

LewN supplied the most aggressive performance on both maps. Dos9 controlled the opening map, while SUYGETSU dominated the second. Karmine Corp converted early advantages before Heretics could build stable economies.

Karmine Corp take Sunset on attack

Sunset began with Karmine Corp attacking into Heretics’ defensive setups. The visitors won eight rounds before the side change. Their entries reached the sites before the defenders completed several rotations.

Dos9 found repeated impact through Omen’s flexible positioning. He supported the opening duel and remained active during the final seconds. LewN added constant pressure with Neon’s speed.

Heretics claimed four defensive rounds but rarely joined them together. RieNs produced the team’s strongest individual map on Sova. His information gave Heretics openings that were not always converted.

Karmine Corp changed sides with a comfortable advantage. Their defence then stopped every Heretics attack after the interval. The map ended before the trailing team could repair its economy.

The first result established the shape of the series. Karmine Corp played quickly when information was clear. They slowed down whenever Heretics held utility for the final approach.

Lotus starts with eleven attacking rounds

Karmine Corp reached another attacking side on Lotus. This time, the pressure produced eleven rounds in the first half. Heretics found no reliable answer across the three-site map.

LewN recorded his strongest numbers of the match on Neon. He repeatedly entered before the defenders settled behind their utility. SUYGETSU followed those attacks with precise Viper control.

Heretics changed several agent roles for the second map. The new composition still struggled to protect the first duel. Karmine Corp traded immediately whenever one attacker was stopped.

Benjyfishy won several defensive duels with Vyse during a difficult half. Wo0t also found several direct fights with Raze. Those moments remained isolated inside Karmine Corp’s wider control.

The side change arrived with the map almost decided. Karmine Corp needed only two defensive rounds to complete the sweep. Heretics gained one attack but could not extend the contest.

LewN and SUYGETSU control the finish

LewN combined speed with accurate first shots throughout Lotus. His entries created room without requiring risky solo pushes. The supporting utility reached each site before he committed.

SUYGETSU lost very few direct duels on the deciding map. His Viper remained alive through many late phases. That survival preserved smokes and damage for the final site holds.

Dos9 had already set the standard during Sunset. His early impact reduced the burden on the rest of Karmine Corp. Different leaders then carried the second map.

Team Heretics never reached a position where one player could reverse the series. The team began most rounds from an economic or positional deficit. Karmine Corp kept that pressure active until the final defence.

The two-map score reflects a match without a close closing sequence. Sunset ended after Heretics failed to win an attacking round. Lotus became even shorter after Karmine Corp’s dominant first half.

Team Heretics collect only six rounds

Karmine Corp completed the series without revealing a third map. That reduced the total time spent in a demanding group-stage fixture. It also protected several prepared options for later opponents.

Different players opened rounds and completed the late trades. Sunset featured Dos9’s control, while Lotus belonged to LewN and SUYGETSU. Each map therefore had a different central performer.

Team Heretics left with several difficult numbers but a simple result. The team lost both first halves and never recovered after changing sides. Its strongest individual rounds were too separated to change momentum.

Karmine Corp’s defence allowed no Sunset rounds after half-time. The Lotus attack had already created an even larger margin. Those two halves decided the sweep before Heretics could respond.

Karmine Corp added another Stage 2 group win in only two maps. Heretics managed two rounds on Sunset and four on Lotus. Those slow starts prevented either map from reaching a close finish.

First contacts repeatedly favour Karmine Corp

Karmine Corp gained the opening elimination in many important rounds. The advantage let the team choose between continuing and rotating. Heretics often had to reveal another defender while searching for information.

LewN created those openings without separating from his support. Smokes and tracking utility reached the target area before his entry. A second Karmine player remained close enough to trade.

Dos9 also survived long enough to influence late Sunset rounds. His Omen connected the first attack with the final site hold. That full-round presence explains more than the raw elimination count.

On Lotus, SUYGETSU protected the space gained by LewN. Viper utility divided the site after the spike was planted. Heretics then entered retakes through narrow and predictable routes.

RieNs and benjyfishy found several successful first duels for Heretics. The team could not repeat them often enough to rebuild confidence. Karmine Corp answered each isolated loss with another coordinated attack.

The large score did not come from one single round or accident. Karmine Corp won both first halves by clear margins. Its opponents never reached the stable economy required for a long response.

Map control shortens the series

Sunset and Lotus both reward teams that control several connected lanes. Karmine Corp moved between those lanes without giving away every destination. Heretics frequently rotated after the decisive commitment had already begun.

The sweep ended before roster depth or endurance became major factors. Karmine Corp needed only two maps and thirty-two winning rounds. Heretics gained six rounds across the complete series.

Karmine Corp attacked efficiently and defended without allowing a comeback. Team Heretics collected only six rounds across the two maps. The eleven-round attacking half on Lotus settled the series early.
