Sentinels defeated LOUD on Lotus and Breeze in VCT Americas Stage 2. Johnqt led a balanced lineup across both maps. LOUD produced its best resistance during the second game.

Sentinels entered each side change with a useful advantage. Their players then protected weapons and traded the important fights. LOUD could not build a long run after either interval.

Sentinels build the first lead on Lotus

Lotus was LOUD’s map choice, but Sentinels settled first. They collected nine rounds during the opening half. LOUD reached the side change with three. That difference forced the Brazilian team to chase the score immediately.

LOUD added three rounds during the second half. Sentinels answered with four and ended the map 13-6. The closing sequence prevented a long economic recovery. LOUD never reduced the gap enough to create a tense final round.

Johnqt controlled many of the middle-round exchanges. Cortezia also finished the map with a positive kill difference. Reduxx supplied more pressure on Lotus than on Breeze. The contributions came from different roles rather than one isolated carry.

LOUD’s clearest resistance came through lukxo and DaviH. The team still lost too many opening fights in the first half. That left several defensive rounds with limited utility and fewer players. Sentinels converted the advantage without allowing a full reset.

Breeze stays closer before the side change

Sentinels selected Breeze for the second map. They reached half-time ahead 8-4 after a steadier opening. LOUD found more space than on Lotus but remained behind. The four-round gap again placed pressure on the first rounds after the break.

LOUD won three rounds during the second half. Sentinels collected five and closed the series at 13-7. The map lasted a little more than forty-three minutes. The final margin was one round smaller than on Lotus.

JonahP improved sharply during the second map. His damage and six positive kills supported the closing run. Jerrwin also found repeated first eliminations on Breeze. Those openings helped Sentinels avoid difficult late retakes.

Tkzin produced LOUD’s strongest individual map. He finished Breeze with more kills than deaths and regular opening pressure. The effort did not spread evenly across the full lineup. Sentinels kept enough players alive to trade the most important fights.

Johnqt supports Sentinels on both maps

Johnqt stayed alive through many opening exchanges. That survival gave Sentinels information before the later site attacks. He also remained available for the most important trades.

Cortezia supplied reliable damage beside him for Sentinels. JonahP improved during Breeze and helped close the series. Jerrwin found early openings without leaving the team exposed.

Reduxx applied his strongest pressure on Lotus. The other players carried more of the load during Breeze. That change made the Sentinels attack harder to read.

LOUD received useful rounds from tkzin, lukxo and DaviH. Their best moments were spread across different halves. Sentinels produced the more consistent work over both maps.

Sentinels protect both early leads

LOUD began each second half from behind. The team found several rounds but never removed the full deficit. Sentinels answered before the economy could turn.

Lotus rewarded the winners’ patient use of utility. Breeze demanded more direct fights across wider spaces. Sentinels handled both map shapes with the same starting five.

The winners rarely depended on a single late clutch. Early advantages were followed by close support and safe trades. That pattern kept weapons in Sentinels hands for the next round.

LOUD showed a clearer attack during the second game. Sentinels still controlled the main turning points. Johnqt’s steady performance linked the two winning maps.

Shared contributions keep LOUD behind

Johnqt produced the leading kill total without forcing every opening fight. His teammates kept enough health and utility for the later exchanges. That balance was visible on both maps. LOUD could not focus its defence on one Sentinels player.

Lotus gave Sentinels room to attack different sites. The team moved quickly after finding the first advantage. LOUD recovered several rounds but never closed the early gap. Sentinels finished the map before the defence could settle.

Breeze stayed competitive through the opening part of the map. LOUD traded more effectively and reached several close post-plant rounds. Sentinels then improved its defensive timing after the side change. The final stretch turned a small lead into a clear win.

Cortezia supplied another strong return for Sentinels during Breeze. His eliminations kept several rounds alive after difficult openings. LOUD received its best second-map score from tkzin. Sentinels still won more of the team exchanges.

Sentinels also managed the space between their first contact and final entry. The supporting players stayed close enough to trade without blocking each other. LOUD punished several isolated moves but received fewer of those chances later. The improving spacing helped Sentinels close the second map.

LOUD changed its approach after the difficult opening map. The Brazilian team contested more early space and found cleaner first fights. Sentinels remained patient when those rounds were lost. Their next purchases restored control without a rushed response.
