In conditions of a shortage of funds, it is impossible to purchase even basic materials. Borrowed funds are unavailable, and if expenses continue to grow, the only ways to save yourself are participating in mini-events and selling off existing equipment. Fixed costs such as rent and employee benefits are written off daily, while revenue is generated exclusively through sales. As the enterprise grows, it becomes sustainable: the product line increases, new opportunities appear, and the likelihood of financial failures decreases. Competent administration and attention to current orders help stabilize the cash flow. A proactive approach and systematic organization will help overcome initial difficulties and gradually build a successful, profitable production.
