Regional Form Mooshtank [Cobblemon]

In the remote corners of the minecraftian oceans lies little pockets of land called mushroom fields. In these fields, you can find majestic Mooshtanks grazing.

This data pack takes the Miltank form that comes with cobblemon, called "Mooshtank" in the source code, and treats it like a new regional form. Said treatment includes the sort of changes we're used to seeing with Pokemon regional forms including: a new type, some new ability options, a slightly varied move pool, and some tweaked stats (but keeping the original Base Stat Total).
