Increased Wither Skeleton Skull Chance
A simple datapack/mod to increase the drop chance of wither skeleton skulls to 10%. Each level of looting gives a 5% increase.
The datapack/mod has been tested on 1.20 to 1.20.5 but it is so simple I expect it to work on many other version as well.
