Better Savanna Colors

I always found Minecraft’s savanna color a bit boring, so I made this recolor for a more distinctive look (based in the East African savanna), which looks prettier in my opinion. Also, the color of the grass and leaves in the desert (badlands not included) and Nether are also changed, as they are also dry biomes and share the same coordinates as savanna in the colormap. ##

- Grass colormap: yellowish color for all dry grass variants (such as grass block, short grass, tall grass, bushes, etc.) for dry biomes
