This is an addon mod for the hit Minecraft mod, Alex's Mobs (+ its unofficial port for 1.21.1)) that adds music that will play when a Void Worm is active.
You probably had while still keeping Dynamic Surroundings around installed. Don't worry, it isn't a total necessity to outright prune the mod off your modlist.
