100 Thieves defeated KR\u00dc Esports 2-0 in VCT Americas Stage 2. The match began with a perfect Split before becoming closer on Ascent.<\/p>\n

KR\u00dc do not win a round on the map Split<\/h2>\n

100 Thieves controlled every round on the opening map. The team won all twelve rounds during its first defensive half.<\/p>\n

KR\u00dc Esports did not win an attacking round before the break. One final round after the side change completed the map.<\/p>\n

Split ended thirteen to zero in less than thirty minutes. Timotino led 100 Thieves with sixteen kills and only three deaths.<\/p>\n

Asuna also reached sixteen kills while supplying twelve assists. Cryocells added fifteen kills and repeatedly survived the first contact.<\/p>\n

Vora completed the map without a death and recorded eleven kills. Bang supplied another eleven during the complete team performance.<\/p>\n

KR\u00dc’s players finished with twenty-two combined kills on Split. 100 Thieves produced more than three times that total.<\/p>\n

Timotino played Neon, while Asuna selected Phoenix for the opening map. Cryocells used Viper and survived every important defensive sequence.<\/p>\n

Vora played Fade and supplied information before several early contacts. Bang completed the lineup with Omen and supported the other four players.<\/p>\n

KR\u00dc used two fast duelists through Dantedeu5 and heat. That lineup never converted its first attack into a round victory. Split contained no side change beyond the single closing round.<\/p>\n

The map Ascent begins with an even first half<\/h2>\n

KR\u00dc responded with a much stronger opening on Ascent. The teams divided the first twelve rounds evenly between them.<\/p>\n

That score removed the early separation seen throughout Split. KR\u00dc found more first contacts and converted several patient attacks.<\/p>\n

Heat and mwzera supplied much of that improved pressure. 100 Thieves still maintained enough control to avoid another large swing.<\/p>\n

Its defence protected the middle area during several important rounds. Both teams entered the side change with a realistic chance.<\/p>\n

The second half became a closer measure of their complete lineups. KR\u00dc collected four more rounds after moving onto defence.<\/p>\n

100 Thieves reached seven and ended the map thirteen to ten. The Ascent result completed the series without resembling the opener.<\/p>\n

Cryocells and Timotino share the scoring lead<\/h2>\n

Cryocells and Timotino supplied the main attacking pressure for 100 Thieves. Timotino led the opening victory and remained productive on Ascent.<\/p>\n

Cryocells became especially important during the more competitive second map. Asuna kept the attack connected when early duels were traded.<\/p>\n

Vora survived every fight on Split and supported the later defence. Bang added calm utility from a more supportive position.<\/p>\n

Every 100 Thieves player finished the series with useful contributions. That balance made the result larger than one individual performance.<\/p>\n

KR\u00dc could not isolate one player and slow the whole lineup. Heat provided the strongest answer during the second map.<\/p>\n

The improvement made Ascent competitive after a one-sided opener. 100 Thieves still closed the final rounds with better trades.<\/p>\n

KR\u00dc show resistance only on the second map<\/h2>\n

Heat led KR\u00dc Esports with twenty-eight kills across the series. His Ascent performance helped the team remain level through halftime.<\/p>\n

Mwzera added twenty-one kills and twelve assists during the match. The remaining KR\u00dc players all finished far below their death totals.<\/p>\n

Saadhak recorded ten kills while trying to support the wider structure. Less and Dantedeu5 improved after difficult starts on Split.<\/p>\n

Their recovery helped KR\u00dc reach ten rounds on the second map. The team still lost too many late duels during the final half.<\/p>\n

100 Thieves survived the closer exchanges and protected its narrow lead. Ascent stayed close but did not change the series winner.<\/p>\n

KR\u00dc reached ten rounds after collecting none on the opening map. KR\u00dc’s improved map showed a clear response after the opening defeat. That response ended three rounds short of forcing another map.<\/p>\n

100 Thieves Esports win in two different ways<\/h2>\n

Split ended quickly after complete control from 100 Thieves. Ascent lasted much longer and remained level through halftime.<\/p>\n

The contrast required the winners to handle two different conditions. Their first victory came through disciplined defensive control.<\/p>\n

The second required patience after several close rounds. KR\u00dc found all of its successful rounds on Ascent.<\/p>\n

The perfect opening map remained the largest feature of the series. On Ascent, 100 Thieves broke the tie after the side change.<\/p>\n

Their attacks reached the target areas more often during the closing passage. KR\u00dc continued trading but never moved ahead in the final half.<\/p>\n

The last successful round completed a straight two-map victory. 100 Thieves left with both a dominant win and a close finish.<\/p>\n
