Gen.G beat Nongshim RedForce 2-1 in VCT Pacific Stage 2. Split ended 13-11 to Gen.G, Nongshim answered 13-7 on Ascent, and Haven decided the series. Gen.G recovered from the second-map defeat and controlled the decider 13-4.<\/p>\n

Ash led the server with 60 kills and a 274 average combat score. Raxcal had the best Gen.G rating at 1.23. Xross led Nongshim with 53 kills and a 1.30 rating. His individual numbers did not produce the series win.<\/p>\n

Split gave Gen.G a narrow opening<\/h2>\n

Nongshim won the first three Split rounds. Gen.G answered with eight straight and reached an 8-3 lead. Nongshim took the last round before halftime, then narrowed the final score to 13-11.<\/p>\n

The map used all 24 regulation rounds. Gen.G stopped the score before overtime. That result gave them the opponent’s pick and the first series point.<\/p>\n

Nongshim improved after the side change without completing the comeback. Their seven-round second half reduced the gap from four rounds to two. The response continued on Ascent.<\/p>\n

Gen.G won eight consecutive rounds after losing the opening three. Nongshim interrupted that run before halftime. Gen.G still began the second half four rounds ahead.<\/p>\n

Ash recorded 21 kills on Split and died 14 times. Raxcal added 18 kills. Xross led Nongshim with 19 during the narrow defeat.<\/p>\n

The final two Split rounds belonged to Gen.G. Those rounds changed 11-11 into 13-11. Overtime was avoided at the last possible regulation score.<\/p>\n

Ascent reversed the series by six rounds<\/h2>\n

Nongshim opened Ascent with seven straight rounds. Gen.G answered twice, but Nongshim reached halftime at 9-3. The teams then split the next eight rounds evenly.<\/p>\n

Xross finished the series with 53 kills and only 40 deaths. His positive total supported Nongshim’s clear Ascent win. The map lasted 20 rounds.<\/p>\n

The series moved to Haven after both teams won the opponent’s pick. Gen.G had lost Ascent by six rounds. Nongshim entered the decider after the stronger second map.<\/p>\n

Nongshim reached 7-0 before Gen.G scored on Ascent. The first half ended 9-3. Both teams then won four rounds after the side change.<\/p>\n

Xross produced 22 kills and only ten deaths on Ascent. Dambi added 18 kills. Ash led Gen.G with 17 during the second-map defeat.<\/p>\n

The equal 4-4 second half protected Nongshim’s six-round advantage. Gen.G never reduced the gap after halftime. Haven became necessary after 20 rounds.<\/p>\n

Haven became the most one-sided map<\/h2>\n

Gen.G won the first two Haven rounds before Nongshim tied the score. Gen.G then built an 8-4 half and won every round after the side change.<\/p>\n

The second half lasted only five rounds. Nongshim did not add another point after half-time. Haven became the shortest map of the series.<\/p>\n

In China, another three-map series ended when Nova Esports won the Breeze decider in overtime.<\/p>\n

The 13-4 decider offset the 13-7 Ascent loss. Gen.G won 33 rounds and Nongshim won 28. The final team margin was five rounds, not six.<\/p>\n

Gen.G ended Haven with nine consecutive rounds from a 4-4 tie. Four arrived before halftime and five followed afterwards. Nongshim never scored again.<\/p>\n

Ash recorded 22 kills on Haven and died only nine times. t3xture added 18 kills. No Nongshim player reached 13 kills on the decider.<\/p>\n

The map lasted 17 rounds, three fewer than Ascent. Gen.G won 13 of them. Their nine-round closing run covered more than half the map.<\/p>\n

Ash supplied the largest kill total<\/h2>\n

Ash finished with 60 kills, 45 deaths and a 1.19 rating. His 274 average combat score led the match. Gen.G finished with a plus-15 kill difference across three maps. That advantage remained valuable during the recovery after Ascent.<\/p>\n

Raxcal recorded 44 kills, 36 deaths and 23 assists. His 1.23 rating was the team’s best. t3xture added 48 kills, while Karon supplied 31 assists. Efina finished with 32 kills and 22 assists.<\/p>\n

Ash produced the largest kill total, while Raxcal held the best Gen.G rating. Karon added the most Gen.G assists. Three different players therefore led those main categories.<\/p>\n

Ash divided his 60 kills into 21, 17 and 22. His Haven total was the largest. He also finished every map with at least 17 kills.<\/p>\n

Raxcal recorded 18 kills on Split and 14 on Ascent. He added 12 on Haven. His lower kill total included 23 assists across the series.<\/p>\n

Xross led Nongshim with 61 kills<\/h2>\n

Xross earned the highest rating in the server at 1.30. His 53 kills and plus-13 difference were clear winning numbers. Dambi added 41 kills and 27 assists, giving Nongshim a second active source of pressure.<\/p>\n

Ivy reached 43 kills but died 47 times. Rb finished at 30-41, and Francis at 28-44. Xross still finished with Nongshim’s highest rating. Nongshim won only four rounds on Haven.<\/p>\n

The best single rating belongs to the losing team. Gen.G players held the next two places. Their combined output was enough to win two maps.<\/p>\n

Gen.G close Haven with five consecutive rounds<\/h2>\n

Gen.G lost their selected Ascent map 13-7. They answered with a 13-4 win on neutral Haven. The two margins differed by three rounds.<\/p>\n

Gen.G won every Haven round after half-time. That five-round sequence ended the match. It followed a second map where Nongshim had controlled both halves.<\/p>\n
