{"id":99705,"date":"2026-06-05T20:32:40","date_gmt":"2026-06-05T17:32:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vpesports.com\/minecraft\/mods\/mct-immersive-technology\/"},"modified":"2026-06-05T20:32:40","modified_gmt":"2026-06-05T17:32:40","slug":"mct-immersive-technology","status":"publish","type":"mod","link":"https:\/\/vpesports.com\/minecraft\/mods\/mct-immersive-technology\/","title":{"rendered":"Immersive Technology"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Official MCT Discord Server Here.<\/p>\n<p>** ***VERSIONS >= 1.12.2-1.9.95 are NOT backcompatible with Immersive Tech (Original)*** **<\/p>\n<p>** ***If you are using SpongeForge and something doesn&#8217;t work report it to them*** **<\/p>\n<p>![MCT Logo](https:\/\/i.postimg.cc\/JhJmNkDQ\/MCT-Clear.jpg)<\/p>\n<p>The addon adds all the functions required for the Rankine and Brayton cycles for steam and gas turbines respectively.<\/p>\n<p> <iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/-GXjMVtHHuc\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Adds many multiblock structures:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Alternator &#8211; when connected to a Steam Turbine, produces power.<br \/>\n&#8211; Distiller &#8211; machine which produces Distilled Water from normal Water.<br \/>\n&#8211; Boiler &#8211; machine which produces Steam from water Distilled Water and normal Water (Distilled is more efficient).<br \/>\n  &#8211; The Boiler needs Biodiesel or other suitable combustable fuels as a fuel to work.<br \/>\n&#8211; Solar Reflector &#8211; multiblock which reflects sunlight in the direction of the Solar Tower.<br \/>\n&#8211; Solar Tower &#8211; machine which produces Steam from Distilled Water and normal Water (Distilled is more efficient).<br \/>\n  &#8211; The Solar Tower needs at least 1 Solar Reflector to work.<br \/>\n&#8211; Steam Turbine  &#8211; massive machine to help produce power from steam when attached to an Alternator.<br \/>\n&#8211; Gas Turbine  &#8211; slightly less massive machine to help produce power from combustable fuels when attached to an Alternator.<br \/>\n&#8211; Steel Tank &#8211; tank that holds more than the IE iron multiblock tank, can also output fluids faster.<br \/>\n&#8211; Cooling Tower &#8211; converts exhaust steam back to Distilled Water or Water.<\/p>\n<p>And More!<\/p>\n<p>Also Adds:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Redstone Timer.<br \/>\n&#8211; Trash cans for fluids\/items\/energy so those pesky items don&#8217;t pile up on overstocked conveyor belts<br \/>\n&#8211; Open Barrel &#8211; can collect rain water, 2X as much during a Thunder Storm. Caution! It will lose water in Hot Biomes or the Nether.<br \/>\n  &#8211; Input is on top or by hand with a Bucket, output is on bottom only.<br \/>\n&#8211; Creative Barrel &#8211; for unlimited fluids, it will take input by hand with a Bucket or Pipe.
