MalisisSwitchesReborn is an unofficial modern-day port of the classic MalisisSwitches mod by Ordinastie from the Minecraft 1.12 era, bringing its simple and flexible redstone control blocks to newer Minecraft versions.<\/p>\n
This port focuses on preserving the original look and feel as much as possible while using modern Minecraft systems. No external core libraries are required.<\/p>\n
### Features<\/p>\n
* Switch \u2014 A compact wall-mounted switch that can also control the redstone current from a distance
\n* Light Switch \u2014 Another simple switch that can also control the redstone current from a distance
\n* Relay \u2014 Receives power from linked switches and outputs standard redstone
\n* Power Linker \u2014 Connect switches and relays to compatible blocks wirelessly
\n* Greenstone \u2014 Green dust that comes from redstone with a bit of emerald. Makes the redstone wireless<\/p>\n
### How It Works<\/p>\n
Switches work like vanilla levers, but can also be linked to other blocks using the Power Linker tool. Firstly, equip the Power Linker, right-click a switch, and then right-click blocks you want the redstone current to be applied to. You can also unlink by sneak right-clicking a previously linked block.<\/p>\n
Right-clicking another switch will set that switch as the source and unequipping the Power Linker clears the current source also.<\/p>\n
Relays can be linked to switches and other relays in the same way. Relays output a standard redstone signal and can be used with:<\/p>\n
* Redstone dust
\n* Repeaters & Comparators
\n* Pistons
\n* Doors
\n* Any vanilla or modded block that accepts a redstone signal<\/p>\n
By equipping the Power Linker a player is also able to see the links (powered = green; unpowered = red) between switches\/relays and linked locations.<\/p>\n
