# LeaderPlugin<\/p>\n
LeaderPlugin adds a full political leadership system to Paper servers. Players elect a leader, the leader gains dramatic powers, and the rest of the server can support them, fund the realm, collect bounties, or rise up in rebellion.<\/p>\n
Built for **PaperMC 1.21.1** with **Java 21**.<\/p>\n

## Leadership<\/p>\n
Players vote for an online candidate with:<\/p>\n

Leaders can spend treasury resources on feasts and bounties.<\/p>\n ### Taxes<\/p>\n The leader can collect a small configured amount of the treasury item from online non-exempt players.<\/p>\n ### Decrees<\/p>\n Leaders can set realm-wide decrees:<\/p>\n – `none` – no active decree ### Rebellion<\/p>\n Players can join a rebellion with `\/leader rebel`. If enough eligible online players rebel, the current leader is overthrown and the throne becomes empty.<\/p>\n ### Bounties<\/p>\n The leader can fund bounties from the treasury.
