The ultimate goal of Grandmaster Mode is to substantially increase the general difficulty and stunt the progression of the game while maintaining a vanilla playthrough style. I have listed the main additions and buffs here: 6 New Ender Dragon Attacks, Protection 5 Enchantment, 3 randomly occurring events (Random Raids, Pandemics, and Insomnia), All Mobs Significantly Buffed, Creepers make ambient sounds, 4 New Wither Attacks, 1 New Dangerous Creeper Variant, Elder Guardian Buffed, Ender Pearls are now only obtainable from Endermen, and anew Endgame gear set.
