# Give It The Beans!<\/p>\n
This datapack allows you to give Happy Ghasts a much needed speed boost by
\n“feeding” them snowballs<\/p>\n
## How to Use<\/p>\n
Download the latest release
\nand save it to your world’s “datapacks” folder.<\/p>\n
Once installed, grab a few stacks of snowballs, and hop on a Happy Ghast. Every
\nfive seconds, the datapack will check if you’re holding a snowball. If you are,
\nthen one snowball will be deducted from your hand and “fed” to the happy ghast,
\napplying a speed bost for the next five seconds.<\/p>\n
For reference, flying level,
\n– the Happy Ghast’s base speed taps out at about 3.6 m\/s
\n– with the speed boost applied, the Happy Ghast will accelerate to 14.4 m\/s
\n– with _two_ speed boosts applied (taking one snowball from each hand), the Happy Ghast will be capable of reaching 32.5 m\/s<\/p>\n
Compare this to elytra speeds, where a rocket accelerates the player to ~35 m\/s in level flight and where horizontal speeds in excess of 45 m\/s are possible during a dive<\/p>\n
### Uninstalling<\/p>\n
To uninstall the datapack, simply remove it from your world.<\/p>\n
To be extra safe, you can also run the command:

\nfrom the ground \/ without any snowballs in your hand to make extra special sure
\nyou’ve reset the Happy Bois’ speed attributes.<\/p>\n
