Flan Rent \u2013 Automated Shop Rentals for NeoForge\/Fabric (1.21.1)
\nFlan Rent is a server-side only rental and property system that turns Flan claims into rentable shop plots.
\nIt lets servers replace permanent shop ownership with purchase + daily rent, fully automated and hands-off.
\nWhen a player claims a plot, they\u2019re automatically added as a Flan Co-Owner, keeping protections perfectly in sync.
\nRent is collected automatically on a daily cycle and can be sent to player banks or a configured target account.
\nIf a renter can\u2019t pay, Flan Rent tracks missed payments, recovers back-rent when possible, and evicts after repeated misses.
\nAll payments, charges, and evictions are logged, and players can view a full transaction history in-game.
\nNeoforge Supports Lightman\u2019s Currency and Create: Numismatics, with auto-detection and admin controls.
\nFabric Supports CobbleDollars with the same functionality as neoforge
\nAdmin-owned plots can be marked admin-claimed, turning rent into a money sink (rent is collected and deleted).
\nIncludes automatic cleanup if a Flan claim is deleted, preventing orphaned rentals.
\nOptional BlueMap integration can display rental plots as map markers and can be toggled or reloaded in-game.<\/p>\n

Commands
\nPlayer Commands
\n\/flanrent create
\nCreate a rental plot inside your own Flan claim. You become the landlord.<\/p>\n

purchasePrice = what renters pay up-front<\/p>\n

rentCost = what renters pay daily<\/p>\n

Only one rental plot per Flan claim unless you are renting out a subclaim – No renting out subclaim and main claim though as that causes some permission issues<\/p>\n

\/flanrent info
\nShows details about the rental plot you\u2019re standing in (owner, renter, price, rent, location, status).<\/p>\n

\/flanrent claim
\nClaim\/rent the plot you\u2019re standing in. This:<\/p>\n

Charges the purchase price<\/p>\n

Sets you as the renter<\/p>\n

Adds you as Flan Co-Owner automatically<\/p>\n

\/flanrent unclaim
\nEnds your rental on the plot you\u2019re standing in. Removes you as renter and revokes your Flan Co-Owner access.<\/p>\n

\/flanrent myplots
\nLists all plots you are currently renting (includes coordinates + quick teleport style links).<\/p>\n

\/flanrent myrentals
\nLists all rental plots you own (shows whether each is rented or available).<\/p>\n

\/flanrent history
\nShows your full rental transaction history (purchases + rent charges, newest first).<\/p>\n

\/flanrent delete
\nDeletes the rental plot you are currently standing in(rental plot, not entire flan claim) – must have no renter and you must be owner of the plot.<\/p>\n

\/flanrent setbank
\nSets a custom bank\/account to receive rent from plots you own (useful for shared\/team banks).<\/p>\n

\/flanrent setdefaultbank
\nSets the default bank\/account used automatically for any future plots you create.<\/p>\n

Admin Commands (OP Level 2)
\n\/flanrentadmin create
\nCreates a rental plot at your location (admin-owned plot) inside a Flan claim.<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin remove
\nDeletes a rental plot and clears renter data (evicts the renter if needed).<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin info [name]
\nShows plot details by name, or (if omitted) for the plot at your current location.<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin list
\nLists every rental plot on the server with owner\/renter status.<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin set price
\nUpdates the purchase price and daily rent for an existing plot.<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin set bank
\nConfigures where rent is deposited for a plot.<\/p>\n

landlord = who receives rent income<\/p>\n

renter = where charges come from \/ renter-side targeting (for advanced setups)<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin set renter \nManually assigns a renter to a plot (useful for fixes\/transfers).<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin claimasadmin
\nMarks a plot as admin-claimed: rent is still collected, but deleted (money sink \/ inflation control).<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin checkpayments \nDisplays pending or missed rent entries for a player (debugging payment\/eviction issues).<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin debug bank \nShows a player\u2019s bank balance (primarily for Create: Numismatics testing).<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin debug charge \nImmediately attempts to charge rent for a specific plot (great for testing without waiting).<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin currency
\nShows which currency system is active.<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin currency set
\nSwitches the active currency system (if supported by installed mods).<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin currency reload
\nReloads currency configuration without restarting the server.
\n(Note: some displays may not reflect the new system until a restart, but the requirement is still enforced.)<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin bluemap toggle
\nEnables\/disables BlueMap markers for rental plots.<\/p>\n

\/flanrentadmin bluemap reload
\nRebuilds\/recreates BlueMap markers for all plots.<\/p>\n
