Essentially Emerald adds lightweight and vanilla-friendly additions to Minecraft. The added emerald tools and armor fits in seamlessly with the default game and provides an early-game alternative to diamond quality tools.<\/p>\n
Along with crafting, various emerald gear has a small chance to spawn in chests generated at:<\/p>\n

– Tools and Weapons are of diamond quality equivalence but have the durability between stone and gold.

\n– Horse Armor is slightly better than its gold counterpart.
\n– Emerald gear has the lowest enchantibility factor under iron<\/p>\n
