{"id":64209,"date":"2026-06-03T19:48:43","date_gmt":"2026-06-03T16:48:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vpesports.com\/minecraft\/mods\/energetic-sheep\/"},"modified":"2026-06-03T19:48:43","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T16:48:43","slug":"energetic-sheep","status":"publish","type":"mod","link":"https:\/\/vpesports.com\/minecraft\/mods\/energetic-sheep\/","title":{"rendered":"Energetic Sheep"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><center><strong>This mod requires the Cyclops Core library!<\/strong><\/center><br \/>\n<center><strong>Come talk to us in #energeticsheep on the Cyclops Discord server!<\/strong><\/center><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">What would happen when a Sheep is struck by lightning?<br \/>It becomes an <em>Energetic Sheep<\/em>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">It&#8217;s a new way to <strong>passively generate energy using passive animals<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>You can either wait for lightning to strike on a regular sheep, or head out into the world and find a herd of Energetic Sheep. They spawn less frequently than regular sheep. <\/strong>When discovered, you can breed these sheep, with babies having a 1\/3 chance on being energetic as well.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.forgecdn.net\/attachments\/219\/240\/2017-10-29_14.png\" width=\"690\" height=\"411\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>When killed, they drop Energetic Wool (look out, it zaps you when placed as a block!)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.forgecdn.net\/attachments\/219\/241\/2017-10-29_14.png\" width=\"690\" height=\"411\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Energetic Wool contains <em>energy<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.forgecdn.net\/attachments\/219\/242\/2017-10-29_14.png\" width=\"690\" height=\"411\" \/>&nbsp;<strong>That means that you can use it to power your favorite machines, by either right-clicking on them, or by inserting them into any machines that accept Forge\/NeoForge\/Fabric energy power from items.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.forgecdn.net\/attachments\/219\/243\/2017-10-29_14.png\" width=\"690\" height=\"411\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Instead of killing these rare sheep, a more efficient way would be to simply shear them to get even more Energetic Wool.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.forgecdn.net\/attachments\/219\/244\/2017-10-29_14.png\" width=\"690\" height=\"388\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>When you have collected enough Energetic Wool, you&#8217;ll be able to craft special Energetic Shears.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.forgecdn.net\/attachments\/219\/245\/schermafbeelding-2017-10-29-om-14.png\" width=\"690\" height=\"363\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>These shears can hold energy, and allow you to retrieve <em>all<\/em> energy of an Energetic Sheep.
