# Enchantments Overload
\nThe Enchantments Overload data pack provides various modifications to vanilla enchantments:
\n– Reduced the experience cost range for all enchantments in the enchantment table.
\n– Enhanced some enchantments.
\n– The cost of all enchanted anvils, except the treasure enchantment, has been reduced by 50%.<\/p>\n

(BUGS:[MC-271663 Enchants not working properly]([https:\/\/bugs.mojang.com\/projects\/MC\/issues\/MC-271663?filter=addedrecently](https:\/\/bugs.mojang.com\/projects\/MC\/issues\/MC-271663?filter=addedrecently)) shows that Sharpness, Smite, and Banes of Arthropods do not give extra damage but instead reduce the damage done with weapons. I’ve created a specific version that can fix that problem, just use it in 24w18a.)<\/p>\n
