\n1. **Download and install Fusion**.
\n2. **Download Deep Origins Overlays**. The download file should be a `.zip` compressed file with the following naming scheme : `Deep.origins.overlays\u00a78_v2.0-b1_1.17-1.21.11`.
\n3. **Launch Minecraft**. Go to _Options… > Resource Packs… > Open Pack Folder_
\n4. A folder should open in the explorer. **Move the downloaded file to the newly opened folder**.
\n5. The pack should appear in the _Available_ section. **Click on the pack’s icon** to move it into the _Selected_ section. Make sure it is at the top to prevent any conflicts with other resourcepacks.
\n6. **Click on _Done_**. Your pack is successfully installed !

\n**Download Respackopts** (v4.0.0+), Cloth Config API and LibJF. Make sure these 3 mods are installed when you launch the game.<\/p>\n

In the _Resourcepacks_ page, you should see **a button next to the pack’s icon**. This is to open the pack’s options panel.<\/p>\n

### Available options<\/p>\n

– **Dirt path and farmland overlays**
\n Default : `True`
\n Allows blocks to overlay on dirt paths and farmland.
\n– **Allow block overlays on themselves**
\n Default : `False`
\n Allows blocks to overlay on themselves.
\n \u26a0\ufe0f**Warning :** This option requires Sodium to work properly.
\n– **Connected sandstone**
\n Default : `False`
\n Allows sandstone and red sandstone to connect to other blocks.<\/p>\n

\nMoss and snow overhangs<\/summary>\n

– **Moss carpet overhangs**
\n Default : `True`
\n Allows moss carpets (and pale moss carpets) to overhang on blocks below them.<\/p>\n

– **Snow layer overhangs**
\n Default : `True`

\n### Why does the pack need a mod to work ?
\n**Because Vanilla Minecraft does not support overlays.** That’s why you need Fusion for the resourcepack to work.<\/p>\n

### Does the pack no longer support OptiFine\/Continuity ?
\n**Yes.** The old pack won’t recieve any further updates.<\/p>\n
