\nDue to a known Paper issue, single chests do not always fire inventory events correctly when filled instantly.
\nWorkaround:

\nDouble chests always generate loot correctly and drop the full contents when broken.
\nThis is a Paper bug, not a plugin bug \u2014 and the workaround is 100% reliable.
