When a player dies, the location is marked with an invisible anchor. Nearby hostile mobs within a 32-block radius will pathfind toward that spot over the next few minutes.<\/p>\n
## Mob Behavior<\/p>\n
Mobs that reach the death location and linger there briefly will consume the lingering essence, gaining:

These effects stack if multiple players have died nearby, creating dangerous hotspots where mobs become noticeably more formidable.<\/p>\n

– Invisible markers are placed as armor stands and despawn after 5 minutes if not consumed
\n– **Scavenger mobs:** Zombies, skeletons, spiders
\n– **Non-scavengers:** Creepers (ignore death sites)
\n– Dying repeatedly in the same area makes that zone increasingly hazardous
\n– Encourages players to either avoid repeat deaths or clear out empowered mobs before they become overwhelming<\/p>\n
