# CookeyMod<\/p>\n
A mod tweaking various smaller things such as adding\/changing animations similar to PvP clients.
\nThis mod originated as a PvP client sort-of alternative for the Combat Tests versions of the game, but has been ported to default versions too.<\/p>\n
# Current Features
\n## Animations & Rendering
\n– Tool blocking<\/b>: Enables a blocking animation for all tools when blocking with a shield in the other hand, similar to 1.8 sword blocking.
\n– Swing & use item<\/b>: Prevents eating\/drinking animations from cancelling the swinging animation.
\n– Camera transition speed<\/b>: Changes the speed at which the camera height transitions (for example, when sneaking). Can also disable the animation entirely.
\n– 3rd person eating & drinking animation<\/b>: Enables a third-person eating\/drinking animation in third person similar to the old console versions.
\n– Disable camera shake<\/b>: Disables the camera shake when bobbing is enabled, but not the hand movement itself.
\n## HUD & Rendering
\n– Ignore effect FOV<\/b>: Prevents potion effects from changing your field of view. Sprinting will still slightly increase the FOV.
\n– Show hand when invisible<\/b>: Shows a transparent hand when the player has the invisibility effect in first person instead of hiding the hand entirely.
\n– Damage tint options<\/b>:
\n – Damage color on entities<\/b>: Changes the color of the damage tint for entities.
\n – Show on armor<\/b>: Enables the damage tint to show on armor (and optionally on armor trims) as well (similar to how it did in 1.7).
\n – Show on held items (3rd person)<\/b>: Enables the damage tint for held items in third person.
\n – Show on cape<\/b>: Enables the damage tint on worn capes.
\n – Show in first person<\/b>: Enables the damage tint on hands (or additionally on items) in first person.
\n– Cooldown hand offset<\/b>: Allows you to change the height your hand will be at when the cooldown has just reset.
\n– Alternative bobbing<\/b>: Enables an alternative bobbing animation (sort-of similar to bedrock).
\n– Hide unused shield<\/b>: Hides your shield in first person when it’s not used.
\n– Show hand when invisible<\/b>: Makes your hand appear in 1st person even if you currently have the invisibility effect.
\n– Hand opacity when invisible<\/b>: Changes how transparent your hand is when you are invisible and “Show hand when invisible” is on.
\n## Miscellaneous
\n– Fix cooldown desync<\/b>: Fixes the attack cooldown indicator being out of sync with its actual state on the server in certain cases. (see MC-218570)
\n– Name in 3rd person<\/b>: Shows your own name in third person.
