Backport of Construction Wand features for Minecraft 1.12.2 (Forge).<\/p>\n

## Implemented Features<\/p>\n

### Items and Core Modules
\n– 4 wand types: Stone \/ Iron \/ Diamond \/ Infinity
\n– 2 cores: Angel \/ Destruction
\n– Core overlay model and tinting (wand appearance changes after installing a core)<\/p>\n

### Placement and Destruction Logic
\n– Construction mode
\n– Angel mode: supports mid-air placement
\n– Destruction mode
\n– Uses an interaction flow close to the original implementation:
\n – Placement goes through `ItemBlock.placeBlockAt`
\n – Breaking goes through `removedByPlayer` + `onPlayerDestroy`
\n – Integrated with Forge Place\/Break events<\/p>\n

### Upgrades and Options
\n– Core installation upgrade (combine wand + core in the crafting grid)
\n– Toggleable options (lock\/direction\/replace\/match\/random\/core)
\n– Wand GUI (open with key combo while right-clicking in air)<\/p>\n

### Undo and Preview
\n– Undo history
\n– Undo preview sync (triggered by key query)
\n– Automatic preview refresh after undo
\n– Preview colors:
\n – Destruction core: red
\n – Undo preview: green
\n – Angel core supports air-target preview<\/p>\n

### Default Controls<\/p>\n

– `Shift + Ctrl + Mouse Wheel`: toggle lock mode
\n– `Shift + Ctrl + Left Click` (swing in air): switch core
\n– `Shift + Ctrl + Right Click` (in air): open wand config GUI
\n– Hold `Shift + Ctrl`: show undo preview
