EXPECT BUGS<\/p>\n<p>Cobblemon: Synchro Machine<\/p>\n<p>An addon for Cobblemon that lets players transform into Pok\u00e9mon and live as one. The Synchro Machine syncs a player with a Pok\u00e9mon to take on its form, movement, stats, abilities, and moves \u2014 with full support for regional and alternate forms, levelling, evolution, and held items.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd04 Mechanics<\/p>\n<p>Syncing:\u00a0Right-click a Pok\u00e9mon with the Synchro Machine item to transform into it. Your hitbox and camera height adjust to match the Pok\u00e9mon&#8217;s actual size.<\/p>\n<p>Team Storage:\u00a0Save up to 6 Pok\u00e9mon to the Synchro Machine and switch between them at will. If all 6 slots are filled, you&#8217;ll be prompted to choose which one to replace.<\/p>\n<p>Unsyncing:\u00a0Sneak + Right-click to revert to human form.<\/p>\n<p>Info Screen:\u00a0Right-click with the Synchro Machine in hand (without targeting a Pok\u00e9mon), or press\u00a0G\u00a0(default, rebindable), to open the team screen. View all saved Pok\u00e9mon, switch your active form, manage your equipped moves, and trigger evolutions. If\u00a0requireItem\u00a0is enabled, the G hotkey requires the Synchro Machine to be in your inventory.<\/p>\n<p>First-Person View:\u00a0The player hand is hidden in first-person while synced and not holding an item, for a more immersive experience.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcc8 Levelling &#038; Evolution<\/p>\n<p>EXP Gain:\u00a0Collecting Minecraft experience orbs while synced grants Pok\u00e9mon EXP to your active morph (10 Pok\u00e9mon EXP per 1 Minecraft XP, \u00d71.5 with a Lucky Egg in your off-hand). EXP and level persist across sessions and cap at level 100.<\/p>\n<p>Evolution:\u00a0When a Pok\u00e9mon meets the requirements to evolve \u2014 by level, item, or friendship \u2014 an\u00a0Evolve\u00a0button appears next to its name in the Synchro Menu. Click it to evolve immediately. For Pok\u00e9mon with branching evolutions (e.g. Eevee), a picker dropdown lets you choose the target form.<\/p>\n<p>Level-up evolutions\u00a0are detected automatically on level-up.<br \/>\nItem evolutions\u00a0(Fire Stone, Thunder Stone, etc.) require the matching evolution item anywhere in your inventory. You can also right-click with the stone in hand while synced to consume it and evolve directly, without opening the menu.<br \/>\nFriendship evolutions\u00a0(Espeon, Blissey, Crobat, etc.) are supported through a passive friendship system \u2014 see Friendship below.<\/p>\n<p>Friendship:\u00a0Friendship builds passively while you&#8217;re synced (+1 per minute) and spikes on level-up (+5 per level). Holding a\u00a0Soothe Bell\u00a0in your off-hand doubles all friendship gain. When friendship crosses the evolution threshold, you&#8217;re notified via the action bar and the Evolve button appears automatically.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udf92 Item Use<\/p>\n<p>Right-clicking with a Cobblemon item while synced applies its effect directly to your active morph, bypassing the normal Pok\u00e9mon-selection UI:<\/p>\n<p>Healing items\u00a0(Potion, Super Potion, Hyper Potion, Max Potion, Full Restore, Moomoo Milk, Remedy, etc.) restore your Pok\u00e9mon&#8217;s HP.<br \/>\nStatus heals\u00a0(Antidote, Burn Heal, Paralyze Heal, Full Heal, etc.) cure the corresponding condition.<br \/>\nPP items\u00a0(Ether, Max Ether, Elixir, Max Elixir, PP Up, PP Max) target the most-depleted move automatically.<br \/>\nRare Candy and Exp. Candy\u00a0(XS\u2013XL) add EXP directly.<br \/>\nEvolution items\u00a0(evolution stones) consume the item and evolve the Pok\u00e9mon if all other requirements are met.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udde4 Held Items<\/p>\n<p>Your\u00a0off-hand slot\u00a0acts as your Pok\u00e9mon&#8217;s held item. Def if the Pok\u00e9mon can still evolve)<br \/>\nPassive healing\tLeftovers (+1\/16 HP per second), Black Sludge (+1\/16 HP if Poison-type, \u22121\/8 HP if not)<br \/>\nPassive damage\tSticky Barb (\u22121\/8 HP per second), Flame Orb (sets you on fire), Toxic Orb (inflicts Wither)<br \/>\nOn-hit\tShell Bell (heal 1\/8 of damage dealt), Life Orb recoil (\u221210% HP per move)<br \/>\nEXP\tLucky Egg (+50% Pok\u00e9mon EXP from orbs)<br \/>\nFriendship\tSoothe Bell (doubles all friendship gain)<\/p>\n<p>\u2728 Synced Abilities<\/p>\n<p>Passive and reactive ability effects are applied based on the synced Pok\u00e9mon&#8217;s ability:<\/p>\n<p>Flight\u00a0\u2014 Flying-capable species can fly freely.<br \/>\nAquatic breathing\u00a0\u2014 Aquatic species have infinite underwater breathing.<br \/>\nElemental immunities\u00a0\u2014 Fire-types resist fire and lava; Ice-types resist freeze damage; Water-types and others gain relevant resistances based on their ability.<br \/>\nContact abilities\u00a0\u2014 Abilities like Flame Body, Static, Poison Point, Rough Skin, Iron Barbs, and Effect Spore trigger on attackers who hit you in melee.<br \/>\nPassive auras\u00a0\u2014 Abilities like Intimidate, Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream, Snow Warning, and others apply persistent effects to you and nearby entities.<br \/>\nDamage modifiers\u00a0\u2014 Iron Fist, Tough Claws, Strong Jaw, Sharpness, Reckless, Punk Rock, Mega Launcher, Technician, Huge Power, and many others boost or modify your move damage accordingly.<br \/>\nMovement modifiers\u00a0\u2014 Speed-boosting abilities (Swift Swim, Chlorophyll, Slush Rush, Sand Rush, etc.) increase your movement speed under their respective conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Movement Speed:\u00a0Walk, swim, and fly speeds are dynamically scaled to the species&#8217; behaviour data, further modified by the Pok\u00e9mon&#8217;s Speed stat. A Jolteon will feel noticeably faster than a Snorlax.<\/p>\n<p>Max HP &#038; Armor:\u00a0Your max HP scales with the Pok\u00e9mon&#8217;s HP stat (added on top of the vanilla 20 HP base). Physical armor scales with the Defence stat; armor toughness scales with Special Defence.<\/p>\n<p>Animations:\u00a0The synced Pok\u00e9mon plays its full Cobblemon animation set \u2014 walking, running, swimming, flying, and gliding \u2014 driven by your actual movement.<\/p>\n<p>\u2694\ufe0f Moves System<\/p>\n<p>Use your synced Pok\u00e9mon&#8217;s moves in the world with dedicated hotkeys:<\/p>\n<p>Key\tMove Slot<br \/>\nZ\tMove 1<br \/>\nX\tMove 2<br \/>\nC\tMove 3<br \/>\nV\tMove 4<\/p>\n<p>All keys are rebindable in Minecraft&#8217;s Controls menu. Move cooldown between uses scales inversely with the Pok\u00e9mon&#8217;s Speed stat \u2014 faster Pok\u00e9mon attack more frequently.<\/p>\n<p>Move categories:<\/p>\n<p>Physical moves\u00a0\u2014 Close-range melee; damage uses the Attack and Defence stats.<br \/>\nSpecial moves\u00a0\u2014 Long-range beams and projectiles with full vertical aiming; use Sp. Atk and Sp. Def.<br \/>\nArea moves\u00a0(Earthquake, Dazzling Gleam, etc.) \u2014 Hit all entities in a radius around you.<br \/>\nDash\/priority moves\u00a0(Quick Attack, Aqua Jet, Bullet Punch, etc.) \u2014 Launch you forward, colliding with and damaging the first entity you pass through. Each move has a distinct travel speed.<br \/>\nTeleport moves\u00a0(Phantom Force, Shadow Force) \u2014 Phase forward up to 64 blocks and strike at the destination.<br \/>\nExplosion moves\u00a0(Self-Destruct, Explosion, Mind Blown) \u2014 Create a real world explosion scaled to the move&#8217;s base power. You are immune to your own blast.<br \/>\nBlock-breaking moves\u00a0(Drill Run, Dig, Rock Blast, Bulldoze, etc.) \u2014 Break blocks in front of you in patterns matching the move. Configurable.<br \/>\nTerrain moves\u00a0(Grassy Terrain, Leaf Storm, Petal Blizzard, etc.) \u2014 Apply bonemeal growth to nearby grass and soil.<br \/>\nStatus\/stat moves\u00a0\u2014 Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Dragon Dance, Agility, and others grant real buffs: attack multipliers and Minecraft Speed effects that stack up to a cap.<\/p>\n<p>Environmental effects:\u00a0Moves trigger real-world consequences beyond their damage \u2014 Electric moves summon lightning, Fire moves spread flame, Water moves flow, Ground moves erupt, Ice moves place snow, and more. Effects clean up automatically.<\/p>\n<p>Damage calculation\u00a0uses the actual Pok\u00e9mon stat formula, factoring in the move&#8217;s base power, the Pok\u00e9mon&#8217;s Attack vs. Defence (or Sp. Atk vs. Sp. Def), level, any stat boosts from moves, ability multipliers, and held item multipliers.<\/p>\n<p>PP Recovery:\u00a0Move PP fully restores on sleeping in a bed. High food saturation restores +1 PP per move every 30 seconds. PP items also work directly (see Item Use above).<\/p>\n<p>Move Selection:\u00a0Open the team screen to choose which moves from the Pok\u00e9mon&#8217;s learnset to equip in each slot.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udda5\ufe0f HUD Overlay<\/p>\n<p>Press\u00a0H\u00a0(default, rebindable) to toggle the move HUD.
