\nBring Scarlet\/Violet-style mass outbreaks into Cobblemon, with biome-aware species selection, wave-based encounters, progression shiny odds, and server-friendly announcements.<\/p>\n
**Mass Outbreak Events**
\n– Outbreaks spawn on a timer and run for a configurable duration.
\n– Each outbreak targets one species and progresses through configurable waves.
\n– Supports automatic outbreaks and admin-started outbreaks via command.<\/p>\n
**Biome-Aware Species Selection**
\n– By default, outbreak species are selected from Pok\u00e9mon that can spawn in the local biome\/location.
\n– Optional filters for biome tags\/IDs and blacklist tags.
\n– Optional anti-repeat logic to deprioritize recently used species.<\/p>\n
**Wave Spawning System**
