# Short Description
\nThis datapack adds 9 new biomes, modifies all vanilla Nether biomes except basalt deltas, and introduces several new structures.<\/p>\n
It also changes the Nether\u2019s generation height from 128 to 160 blocks, and increases the build height limit from 256 to 288 blocks.<\/p>\n
## Added Biomes
\nThis datapack adds the following biomes:
\n– ash_mountains
\n– burning_swamps
\n– cold_hell
\n– crystal_fields
\n– infected_sculk
\n– lava_fields
\n– obsidian_expanses
\n– rock_formations
\n– terracotta_forest
\nAll new biomes can be located using the command:<\/p>\n
“` In some biomes, Ancient Debris cannot generate. For example, in obsidian_expanses the surface is completely made of obsidian, making Ancient Debris generation impossible there.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n ## Updated Biomes I haven\u2019t figured out how to update basalt_deltas yet. Maybe in future versions \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n Vanilla biomes are not heavily modified, and Ancient Debris can still be found in them as usual. ## Added Structures They do not contain much loot and are mainly created to make the world feel more alive. In the amethyst_tower, you can find a large amount of gold, and very rarely, a Netherite Axe with Sharpness IV in a single chest at the top of the tower. \nMonster_box generates in all biomes and works similarly to a vanilla dungeon with a spawner. The creation of this structure was inspired by Stellarity.<\/p>\n
\nInstallation is the same as for any other datapack. You do not need to download a resource pack for it to work correctly, since this datapack does not add any new items, blocks, or mobs.<\/p>\n
