This project is an unofficial port of BCLib to **Forge for Minecraft 1.20.1**.
\nIt exists to make mods that depend on BCLib available on Forge for modern Minecraft versions.
\nForge only (not Fabric).<\/p>\n
**What this project does**<\/p>\n
Provides the BCLib library on Forge for **Minecraft 1.20.1** (a dependency\/utility library used by other mods, for example, Forge ports of BetterEnd\/BetterNether).<\/p>\n
The goal is to keep functionality as close to upstream as possible, with only porting\/compatibility changes where required.<\/p>\n
**Why download it**<\/p>\n
Download this only if a mod\/modpack requires BCLib on Forge.
\nBCLib is a library and typically does not add standalone gameplay content on its own.
\nRequired on: both client and server.<\/p>\n
**How this project differs from the original**<\/p>\n
– Loader\/platform: Forge (upstream is Fabric)
\n– Goal: compatibility for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge
\n– Scope: upstream-accurate behavior where possible; compatibility fixes when needed<\/p>\n
