# **DESCRIPTION**<\/p>\n
This datapack grants players wielding shields with banner patterns in their off hand special buffs, giving a reason to add banners to shields beyond cosmetic purposes, as well as giving players a datapack for getting buffs from something held in the offhand slot without the need of a resource pack.<\/p>\n
The specific buff is determined by the base color of the banner pattern applied. The list of potential buffs can be found down below.<\/p>\n
## **CURRENT FEATURES**<\/p>\n
– **BLACK**: -0.25 taken knockback
\n– **BLUE**: +3 respiration
\n– **BROWN**: +16 mining efficiency
\n– **CYAN**: +0.315 jump strength
\n– **GRAY**: +4 armor points
\n– **GREEN**: +1.4 step height
\n– **LIGHT BLUE**: +0.05 movement speed
\n– **LIGHT GRAY**: +0.5 attack speed
\n– **LIME**: +1.5 attack knockback
\n– **MAGENTA**: +10 maximum health
\n– **ORANGE**: -0.25 burning time
\n– **PINK**: +2 block interaction range
\n– **PURPLE**: +2 entity interaction range
\n– **RED**: +3 attack damage
\n– **WHITE**: -0.25 fall damage multiplier
\n– **YELLOW**: +2 luck<\/p>\n
### **OTHER THINGS**<\/p>\n
These stat buffs may be changed in future patches if they are deemed overpowered or underpowered by any who are willing to give feedback.<\/p>\n
