We all know how infamous apotheosis is for being very overpowered with its high affixes and extremely common loot.
\nThis Datapack mostly focuses on balancing the adventure module, but some features from some other modules have been toned down too.<\/p>\n
Datapack requires Apotheosis (Obviously), and optionally Iron’s Spells n Spellbooks.
\nYou do not have to unzip the folder.<\/p>\n
Cuts down most affix, gem, and apotheosis mob attribute bonuses by 80%, making them more of tiny bonuses than game-changing effects, and should make the affix bosses more manageable without using cheesy tactics.<\/p>\n
Affix bosses with common items can now spawn in the world. Previously they could only spawn with uncommon or higher, which goes against the nature of being called “common”.<\/p>\n
Common items have a rare chance of getting a socket. Since they spawn much more often now and gems are weaker, the ability to experiment with the various gems around the world can be accessed much sooner.<\/p>\n
Wandering Trader’s items are less powerful and certain items like beacon were removed.
\nAffix Items are more expensive.<\/p>\n
## **Extra Details:**
\nCompletely prevented the Elytra Flight Affix from appearing on chestplates, replaced with gravity increase on boots<\/p>\n
Status Effect affixes have a 2.5x longer cooldown and some last 25% shorter, changed instant health to regeneration<\/p>\n
Torch Placement costs 3x durability.
\nAoe mining moved up 1 rarity each, 7×7 mining removed and uncommon can no longer get this effect.<\/p>\n
Swords with Lightning Damage that are less than 1 damage may say they deal 0 damage to nearby enemies, but they still work.<\/p>\n
Affix Items spawn with less stats.<\/p>\n
Gems that upgrade certain enchantments upgrade lesser-used enchantments instead, like bane of arthropods. Some gems can be used to add enchantments where they normally can’t go like impaling on swords or bane of arthropods on bows.<\/p>\n
## **With Iron’s Spellbooks:**
\nSupport for iron’s spells n spellbooks gems has been added, if that mod is present. Requires curio casting versions.<\/p>\n
Most of the gems added by this mod already feel fairly balanced, though a few outliers were still tweaked.<\/p>\n
Nerfed cooldown reduction, cast time reduction, and mana (mana not nerfed as much as the others)<\/p>\n
Cooldown reduction is no longer available on common items.<\/p>\n
Other attributes unchanged<\/p>\n
