\nsprinting will simply drain a secondary bar and give you a slight slowness debuff after expending
\nit all the way without allowing it to recharge. The hunger that you have instead acts as the
\ntotal cap of stamina that you can utilise, a full stomach allowing you to run for much longer
\nthan an empty one.<\/p>\n
\n– **Icon:** The icon is filled depending on how much of your stamina you’ve used up. It being completely filled means you have 100% of your maximum stamina (capped by your hunger).
