Each food starts with a small saturation bonus, but eating the same item repeatedly will gradually reduce its effectiveness. After 10 uses, the bonus disappears, and after 20, a light penalty kicks. The penalty is intentionally mild, encouraging variety rather than restricting gameplay.<\/p>\n
Mixing different foods helps you maintain the bonus and avoid penalties, rewarding a balanced diet. Raw food provides no bonus and comes with a slight downside.<\/p>\n

Singleplayer
\n– Open Minecraft
\n– Create a new world and click on “More”, “Data Packs”
\n– Drag the data pack into the Minecraft window
\n– Click “Yes” on the confirmation screen
\n– Move the data pack to the right-hand side of the screen by clicking the triangle on its icon
\n– Click “Done” and continue creating your world, then click on “Create New World”<\/p>\n
Multiplayer
\n– Download the data pack
\n– Open your server folder, then open the folder of the world
\n– Put the data pack into a folder named datapacks
\n– Restart your server and you can use your new datapack.<\/p>\n
