# What is TrueEssentials?
\nThese days EssentialsX is filled with various “utility” commands which are mostly never used and override vanilla ones. Using this plugin, you only get the basics and you can toggle more features to your liking! This allows you to have the perfect core plugin, to your liking, without missing out on features **YOU** might consider important.<\/p>\n
Essentially (pun intended), TrueEssentials is a core utility plugin for your server, packed with useful commands such as gamemode shortcuts (gmc, gms, etc), basic moderation utilities such as \/invsee (more coming soon!), and other useful features your server might need.<\/p>\n
