You slowly upgrade it with modules that allow dimensional travel, saving locations, easier methods of setting your target, player blacklisting, etc. You can eventually make your TARDIS bigger on the inside with an 11D upgrade. This mod also has support for computer craft on the interface and you can fully control the TARDIS using a computer.
