It is intended to be played through a single time on a new world, using only the required dependencies.**<\/p>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/gDDKbB1JXzU\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>Ever wonder what lies beyond the Ancient City&#8217;s portal?<\/p>\n<p>This mod adds a new pedestal right in front of the Ancient City&#8217;s portal, in the city center. Activating the pedestal requires a Warden&#8217;s Key, which can be obtained by killing a Warden. But be careful \u2014 once opened, the portal cannot be closed.<\/p>\n<p># How to play<br \/>\n**This mod requires Geckolib, Cloth Config, and Fabric API.** You can also try using Sodium and Starlight for better performance, but sometimes they can cause rendering issues, in which case you&#8217;ll have to play without them.<\/p>\n<p>**DO NOT ADD ANY OTHER MODS, AT ALL, OR ELSE YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS!**<\/p>\n<p>Playing this mod properly requires a number of specific settings:<\/p>\n<p>**Server-side settings (in server.properties, if playing on a server):**<br \/>\n&#8211; Simulation distance of 32<br \/>\n&#8211; View distance of 32<br \/>\n&#8211; allow-flight=true<\/p>\n<p>**Game rules:**<br \/>\n&#8211; \/gamerule doImmediateRespawn true<br \/>\n&#8211; \/gamerule keepInventory true<\/p>\n<p>**Client settings:**<br \/>\n&#8211; Use Fancy graphics (*not* Fabulous)<br \/>\n&#8211; 32 render distance<br \/>\n&#8211; 32 simulation distance<br \/>\n&#8211; Disable view bobbing<\/p>\n<p>We are aware many people will not be able to use 32 render\/simulation distance for performance reasons. You can try to set it lower, but you may experience some bugs. You **cannot** set it below 16, or else you will have major rendering issues.<\/p>\n<p>**Other notes:**<br \/>\n&#8211; Give all players diamond armor, sword, and food. Can use worse gear for a bigger challenge.<br \/>\n&#8211; No pickaxes\/mining!<\/p>\n<p>We made this mod for a video for MrBeast &#038; friends. As such, there may be some bugs and unexpected behaviors. For the best experience, if playing in a group, try to have all players generally stick together.
