# The Elemental<\/p>\n
**The Elemental** is a magic-focused RPG mod that integrates spellcasting directly into the player’s identity. Drawing inspiration from *Electroblob\u2019s Wizardry* and *Origins*, it removes the need for wands and staves, allowing for natural, item-less magic.<\/p>\n
### Core Systems<\/p>\n
* **The World Altar:** A generated structure where players commit to one of nine elemental forces.
\n* **Innate Casting:** Spells are “Attunements” bound to the player character rather than items or books.
\n* **Kingdom Building:** Players use an **Kingdom Starter** to claim land, which serves as a hub for research and progression, and a point of quick travel to and from spawn and hence other kingdoms.<\/p>\n
