# StaffHQ, Staff Management Dashboard for Minecraft Networks<\/p>\n
StaffHQ is a hosted staff management platform for Minecraft servers. The plugin connects your server to a private web dashboard at dash.staffhq.net, providing real-time visibility into server health, staff activity, and player behaviour across your network.<\/p>\n

## External data transmission<\/p>\n
This plugin transmits data to external servers. In accordance with Modrinth’s content rules, full disclosure is provided here.<\/p>\n
**What is transmitted:**<\/p>\n
– Player usernames, UUIDs, IP addresses (hashed by default), join\/leave timestamps
\n– Chat messages (all channels the plugin is configured to capture)
\n– Commands executed by staff members
\n– Punishment records created by supported punishment plugins (LiteBans, AdvancedBan, BanManager, EssentialsX)
\n– Anticheat flag events from supported anticheat plugins (Grim, Vulcan, Matrix, AAC, Intave, Polar, Themis, Totemguard, WeGuardian)
\n– Block action context surfaced via CoreProtect when investigating a player
\n– LuckPerms group\/rank change events
\n– Player-submitted in-game reports
\n– Server TPS and JVM memory snapshots on a configurable interval<\/p>\n
**Where data goes:**<\/p>\n
– Your private StaffHQ tenant hosted on CloudExa infrastructure in Frankfurt (EU)
\n– No third-party analytics, telemetry, or data brokers involved
\n– Data is isolated per tenant and not accessible to other customers<\/p>\n
