# Sky Void Additions
\nThis data pack adds vanilla-like mechanics to the game which makes all items, mobs, and advancements obtainable in SkyBlock. Some mechanics require structure bounding boxes, so make sure your SkyBlock map or data pack generates those bounding boxes, such as Standard SkyBlock.<\/p>\n
Every setting is toggleable via an in-game menu. Using the following command will allow users to modify the settings: `\/function skyvoid_additions:customize\/update_config\/open_menu`. Below is a list of all mechanics.<\/p>\n
## Mechanics
\nThe following settings are enabled by default<\/p>\n
### Amethyst Geode Creation
\nGeodes can be created with packed ice and lava. Surrounding a 2x2x2 cube of packed ice with lava will start the conversion. The four lava on top of the packed ice cube must be source blocks, and the rest can be flowing as long as every exposed side of the packed ice is touching lava.<\/p>\n
### Armor Chipping
\nHitting a mob wearing a chestplate can break the chestplate and drop one or two base material (e.g. diamond, netherite ingot, iron ingot)<\/p>\n
### Armor Trim Gifts
\nArmorers will gift armor trims based on the biome or structure they are in<\/p>\n
### Bastion Loot from Suspicious Gravel
\nSniffers placing suspicious gravel in a bastion remnant can contain bastion loot.
\n**Requires Sneezy Suspicious Sniffers*<\/p>\n
### Cave Spiders Spawn in Cobwebs
\nSome spiders spawned inside cobwebs (3×3) at light level 0 will spawn as cave spiders<\/p>\n
### Endermites Propogate Chorus
\nEndermites can dig into end stone and convert it into a chorus flower. The end stone dug into must have another end stone block below.<\/p>\n
### Cocoa Bean Fishing
\nCocoa beans can be fished as junk in jungles<\/p>\n
### Coral Block Growth
\nBonemealing coral blocks will convert attached coral fans into blocks<\/p>\n
### Dead Bush Fishing
\nDead bushes can be fished as junk in deserts and badlands<\/p>\n
### Echo Shards from Amethyst
\nAmethyst clusters placed on a sculk catalyst will drop as echo shards when a player kills a mob nearby<\/p>\n
### Elder Guardian from Lightning
\nGuardians struck by lightning will convert into elder guardians<\/p>\n
### Cats Gift Enchanted Golden Apples
\nTamed cats will gift enchanted golden apples while sleeping<\/p>\n
### Endermites Convert Cobblestone to End Stone
\nEndermites can dig into cobblestone to convert it to end stone<\/p>\n
### Glow Lichen Fishing
\nGlow lichen can be fished as junk in lush caves<\/p>\n
### Gold Block Bartering
\nPiglins will barter pigstep, horse armor, gilded blackstone, nether wart, and banner patterns for gold blocks<\/p>\n
### Elder Guardians Drop Heart of the Sea
\nElder Guardians can drop a heart of the sea<\/p>\n
### Piglin Brutes Wear Netherite Armor
\nPiglin brutes can spawn in bastion remnants wearing netherite armor<\/p>\n
### Piglins Hold Netherite Upgrade Template
\nPiglins can spawn in bastion remnants holding a netherite upgrade template<\/p>\n
### Netherrack Portals
\nNetherrack platforms will generate instead of obsidian when spawning over the void<\/p>\n
### Nylium Portals
\nNylium platforms will generate instead of obsidian when spawning over the void in crimson and warped forests

### Magma Cube Ore Conversions
\nMagma cubes will engulf stone, deepslate, and netherrack and convert them into ores or different stone types<\/p>\n
### Burnt Husks Create Sand
\nHusks that die on fire will convert dirt into sand below them, and coarse dirt into red sand<\/p>\n
### Silverfish from Lightning
\nStone, cobblestone, and deepslate struck by nearby lightning will become infested with silverfish<\/p>\n
### Shear Big Dripleaves
\nMining the top big dripleaf with shears can drop small dripleaves<\/p>\n
### Drowneds Hatch Sniffer Eggs
\nDrowneds can spawn holding a sniffer egg which they will place after trampling turtle eggs<\/p>\n
### Moss Grow Spore Blossoms
\nMoss bonemealed in lush caves can grow a spore blossom beneath it<\/p>\n
### Sneezy Suspicious Sniffers
\nSniffers sneeze when on sand and gravel, which can convert them into suspicious variants<\/p>\n
### Foxes Spawn with Sweet Berries
\nFoxes can spawn with sweet berries<\/p>\n
### Swift Sneak Gifts
\nLibrarians gift swift sneak if in an ancient city<\/p>\n
### Additional Wandering Trades
\nOtherside, relic, disc fragment 5, double tall flowers, glow berries, bushes, and resin clumps can be bought<\/p>\n
### Traders with Camels
\nSome wandering traders will have a camel on a leash instead of trader llamas<\/p>\n
### Breeze Conversion
\nBlazes killed by powdered snow will convert into a breeze<\/p>\n
### Trial Chamber Sherd Gifts
\nMasons in trial chambers will gift pottery sherds exclusive to trial chambers<\/p>\n
### Trial Spawners from Sculk
\nPlayers in trial chambers with Bad Omen V can convert shriekers into trial spawners by killing mobs on shriekers above a catalyst<\/p>\n
### Vaults from Ominous Raid Captains
\nRaid Captains in a level 5 raid can replace bells with vaults within a trial chamber bounding box<\/p>\n
### More Discs from Vaults
\nOminous vaults can reward creator music box<\/p>\n
### Calcite from Dead Coral Blocks
\nDead coral blocks can be converted into calcite by placing them next to lava. The more lava around the block, the quicker it will convert (capped at 4 lava blocks, at least one of the lava block need to be a source block, the other can be flowing)<\/p>\n
### Magma Blocks Cool into Tuff
\nA magma block hit by a wind charge will convert into tuff<\/p>\n
### Gravel Crushes into Sand
\nAnvil falling on gravel will convert it into sand<\/p>\n
### Tuff Packs into Deepslate
\nAnvil falling on tuff will convert it into deepslate<\/p>\n
### Armored Zombie Nautilus Jockeys
\nZombie nautilus jockeys can spawn equipped with nautlius armor<\/p>\n
## Extra Mechanics
\nThe following settings are disabled by default<\/p>\n
### Spiders Generate Cobwebs
\n*cobwebs are obtainable with the weaving effect*
\nSpiders in ceiling edges will generate cobwebs<\/p>\n
### Vexes Convert to Allays
\n*in Standard SkyBlock, mansions and pillager towers generate with allays, but no blocks*
\nVexes will play a note block above them and will listen for a matching note played by a player (no redstone). After 5 matching notes, it will convert into an allay.<\/p>\n
### Coal Compresses into Diamonds
\n*armor chipping is the default way to get diamonds (apart from end city ships)*
\nAnvils dropped on a stack of coal blocks will compress them into diamonds<\/p>\n
### Dragon Egg Drop
\n*disabled since it’s the same as vanilla: there’s only ever one egg, which is already obtainable*
\nUpon player kill, the dragon has a rare chance to drop a dragon egg<\/p>\n
### Dragon Elytra Drop
\n*in Standard SkyBlock, end city ships generate*
\nUpon player kill, the dragon has a rare chance to drop a broken elytra<\/p>\n
### Dragon Head from Charged Creeper
\n*in Standard SkyBlock, end city ships generate*
\nUpon charged creeper kill, the dragon will drop its head<\/p>\n
### Wandering Traders Sell Enchanted Golden Apples
\n*cat gifts are the default way to get enchanted golden apples*
\nEnchanted golden apples can be bought for 6 emeralds
\n**Requires Additional Wandering Trades*<\/p>\n
### Elytra from End Phantoms
\n*in Standard SkyBlock, end city ships generate*
\nLarge phantoms will spawn above players in the end barrens. Upon death, they have a chance to drop a broken elytra<\/p>\n
### Wandering Traders Sell Grass Blocks
\n*in Standard SkyBlock, grass is generated with the main island*
\nGrass blocks can be bought for 3 emeralds
\n**Requires Additional Wandering Trades*<\/p>\n
### Heart of the Sea Fishing
\n*elder guardians are the default way to get hearts of the sea*
\nHearts of the sea can be fished as treasure<\/p>\n
### Wandering Traders Sell Lava Buckets
\n*in Standard SkyBlock, lava is in the starter chest*
\nLava can be bought for 5 emeralds

### Lava Bucket Gifts

\nToolsmiths will gift lava buckets<\/p>\n
### Nether Wart Bartering
\n*gold block bartering is the default way to get nether wart*
\nPiglins will barter nether wart for gold ingots<\/p>\n
### Netherrack Bartering
\n*gold block bartering is the default way to get netherrack*
\nPiglins will barter netherrack from gold ingots<\/p>\n
### Nylium Bartering
\n*nylium portals are the default way to get nylium (apart from the main nether island)*

### Sonic Boom End Portal
\n*in Standard SkyBlock, end portals generate*
\nEndermen killed by a warden’s sonic boom can drop end portal frames<\/p>\n
### Pottery Sherd Gifts
\n*sneezy suspicious sniffers are the default way to get pottery sherds*
\nMasons will gift pottery sherds based on the biome<\/p>\n
### Husks Drop Sand
\n*burning husks on dirt is the default way to get sand and red sand*
\nHusks can drop sand and red sand<\/p>\n
### Sand Packs into Sandstone
\nAnvil falling on sand will convert it into sandstone<\/p>\n
### Mason Trade Sandstone
\nMason leveling up to Journeyman level have a chance to sell sandstone and red sandstone<\/p>\n
### Shrieker Endermen Spawn
\n*in Standard SkyBlock sculk shriekers generate*
\nEndermen can spawn on deepslate tiles holding sculk shriekers that can spawn wardens when placed by the enderman<\/p>\n
### Shulkers from Lightning
\n*in Standard SkyBlock end cities generate with skulkers, but no blocks*
\nLightning hitting a lightning rod attached to a purpur block will convert it into a shulker<\/p>\n
### Wandering Traders Sell Sniffer Eggs
\n*drowneds hatching sniffer eggs is the default way to get sniffers*
\nSniffer eggs can be bought for 6 emeralds
